Returns & Refunds

Products sold by Camera Security Now are covered by our 20-day return period. The policies below apply to items covered by that return period.

Return Merchandise Authorization Is Required

For all returns or exchanges, call Camera Security Now Customer Service at 800-440-1662 Monday through Friday, 10am–4pm Eastern Time.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by Camera Security Now must accompany all returns. RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 20 days from the date the product was shipped.

After 20 days, product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.

Original Packaging Required

Products must be returned unopened, including original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Charges may apply for missing accessories or parts.

Physical Damage and Misuse

Camera Security Now will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.

Restocking and Processing

A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Please allow 1–2 weeks to process refunds.

Cancelled Orders

A 5% transaction fee plus a $10 cancellation fee will be assessed for orders canceled before shipment.

Bundled Items and Warranty Service

Bundled products and warranty service requests must follow the proper return process.

When returning an item that was originally part of a bundle, the refund amount will be based on the item’s single-unit price at the time of return. Arrangement for a return must be made within 20 days from the date the item is shipped.

Products that are defective, or products where the seal of included software is broken, can only be returned for repair or replacement. In all cases, you must obtain an RMA number before returning equipment.

After 20 days from the purchase date, items that need repair must be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.

Warranty Provider RMA

If a manufacturer or third party is responsible for warranty service, you must obtain the RMA number from them.
